By downloading or using Wordz ("the App") you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment on devices you own, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and an auto-renewable subscription, Wordz Plus (available as a weekly or yearly plan). Wordz Plus removes ads and grants unlimited hints, daily bonus coins, and all board themes.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews at the same price and duration unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Consumable items (coins, hints) are delivered immediately and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Coins, hints, stars, XP and progress have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified or discontinued.
You agree not to reverse engineer, cheat, exploit, or disrupt the App or its services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
